Sometimes you get a lil’ too much sun, right? No worries! I’m sharing how to heal a sunburn with essential oils in the fastest way possible. This After Sun Cooling Spray made with essential oils is super easy to make and takes the sting out of a sunburn. Just mist it on and lightly rub on burn and you’ll feel brand new!
I DEFINITELY recommend taking as hot of a shower as you can stand to take the sting out of the burn first. When you get out, pat dry your sunburn and use the cooling mist!

After Sun Cooling Spray
What you’ll need:
8 oz. spray bottle
½ cup witch hazel (we use this one)
¼ cup distilled/purified water or rose water
¼ cup aloe vera gel
40 drops lavender oil
20 drops peppermint oil
That’s it, mama! Spray it on and feel that sunburn start evaporating pretty much instantly.
