If you know me, you are blatantly aware that I do not like to spend money. I’ll buy gifts for other people and feel just fine about it, but when it comes to myself I feel so guilty! That will make me perfect “mom” material, right? haha…
But when it comes to this wittle baby YA BETTER WATCH OUT BECAUSE ME AND MY SHOPPING CART WILL MOW YOU DOWN IN THE BABY AISLE AT THE STORE!
Everything is just so adorable and I want to hug it! There are millions and bajillions of blogs out there that have long lists of things that you need, but most of those people are getting paid to talk about certain items. So. For all of us that do have to purchase our own things, please share WHAT DO WE NEED FOR OUR LITTLE BABYWABY BOOBOO BEAR?
A few things that I’ve seen on all of the instagram accounts I follow (I participate in all the contests that you have to follow every person involved to enter, so I’ve somehow managed to follow probably every single mom-blogger out there) are listed below. Help a sister out!

This bad boy is supposed to be the answer to all of our fears about getting little baby waby to sleep. You can put in in the crib, on the floor, or wherever your little heart desires. The big thing that mom’s love is that the material is SUPER breathable, so if little bae does roll over, breathing is not an issue at all and it is completely safe.
I’m sure this isn’t a necessity, but if it really is as magical as everyone says, I think it might be worth the hefty price tag!
For the record, Nana thinks it’s absolutely nuts to wrap your baby up like a mummy.
Anyways. The difference between this swaddle and the others out there, are 1) it’s harder for bae to break loose, 2) it stops at the shoulder rather than at the neck. These two points are really all I need…I think. Right? I mean it’s only two, but it’s two really good ones.
This badboy is apparently THE BEST. It’s what a lot of newborn photographers use to calm the little babes in the middle of the photo shoot. Plus, it’s little and portable! I don’t know the difference between this thing and a regular ole’ sound soother, but it seems to do the trick better. Anyone have any experience with this? Need to know. Thanks.
Wine. (Just kidding – this wasn’t recommended, it’s just something I’m blatantly aware I’ll be needing.)
Any mom’s out there have experience with these things? I *think* you can comment below. (I have plenty of experience with item 4; we’re mainly focusing on 1, 2 and 3 here.)
